This expertise (including complex negotiation and taxation) stems from an impressive:

• Five-year career as Garito & Company’s Broker Associate.
• Three years as Director of Real Estate with Ruby Tuesday.
• Seventeen years as Darden Restaurants‘ Tax Manager.

These commanding roles encompassed everything from overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, and/or lease renegotiations of 2,000 properties and $80 million in tax liability.
